Terms
of Sale
These
Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions
that take place on this site and shall be between
you the customer and Salisbury Bazaar.
About
Us – Salisbury Bazaar who take your money
and are responsible for delivery of purchased
items.
Liability
Ownership of the goods purchased shall remain with
Salisbury Bazaar and shall not pass to you until
the agreed price for them, together with all other
sums due from you have been paid in full.
Salisbury Bazaar does not represent that any product referred to on this site
is appropriate for use, fit for purpose or satisfactory as to quality. Salisbury
Bazaar will not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage
or injury which may arise from the use of any information given or products
sold on the Salisbury Bazaar web site shopping page.
Making
A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our shopping pages, and click on any
items that you wish to buy, confirm your order,
and this will automatically take you to our email
form where you can contact us for further instructions.
We
accept all major credit & debit cards.
Please note that we do not accept American
Express.
Salisbury
Bazaar reserves the right to alter any specifications
on the products featured on this website without
prior notice. All sizes, and colours shown, are
intended as a guide only and are approximate. Representations
of colours are approximate, due to the limitations
of photographic and calibrations of different output
devices. If you are unsure, please contact us.
Shipping
And Handling All deliveries to the UK mainland
are £12.50. Items are sent via first
class signed for Post, to deliver directly
to your
door, sent via Royal Mail or other reputable
courier.
We
undertake to despatch the items within 14 to 28
days of the date of your order provided they are
in stock at the time of your order.
Please
bear in mind that stock levels can change from
day to day.
Please
note that items are usually delivered between the
hours on 9am and 5pm.
For
items outside of UK mainland, please email us for
shipping costs which vary as they are weight dependant.
Should
the Royal Mail postal service attempt to make a
delivery when you are not at home, they will leave
a calling card with details along with a telephone
number of their local depot so that you may arrange
re-delivery on a suitable day for you or you can
of course arrange to collect the goods from their
depots also. Should their calling card not be responded
to, then the goods will automatically be re-directed
back to Salisbury Bazaar. If re-delivery is required
at this point, then you will be charged a carriage
fee, payable over the phone either by your initial
purchase card, or by any other credit/debit card
if you wish.
Delivery
Schedule You must sign for all goods as 'UNCHECKED'.
Failure to do this may result in prolonged delays
in processing your claim for any damaged or faulty
goods, once the item has left the premises.
Should
an order be cancelled after despatch or you
refuse delivery of an item, then we reserve
the right
to levy an administration charge deducted from
any refund of monies due to you of £7.
Your
order will be processed the next working day from
point of ordering. We will normally deliver your
goods within 28 working days of ordering. These
delivery schedules are provided as a guideline
only.
Guarantee
Any item purchased through this website may be
returned within seven days of delivery providing
that all packaging is complete, the goods are unused
and your receipt is enclosed, at your expense.
When
returning any goods, you MUST provide your receipt
and a brief letter explaining why you are returning
the goods. This MUST be attached to the OUTSIDE
of the box containing the goods. Failure to comply
with this may result in unnecessary delays in processing
any refund or exchange.

refunds due to the customer will be processed within
30 days of receipt of the goods by us, as per Distance
Selling Regulations.
Reaching
Us We do not recommend you telephone our office
with enquiries as we are better able to respond
to enquiries fairly and in a timely and documented
manner if you make enquiries by email.

Cancellations
In the rare event that you wish to cancel your
order, please email:

Your
right to cancel. You may cancel your order at any
time. We would urge you to advise us of this at
your earliest convenience. If your cancellation
is received after despatch, you will incur charges
for its return.
It
can help us and you, if you include your reasons
for your cancellation. So if you wish, please do
so. Also, upon any cancellation, you must include
your order number. Without this information, you
may experience delays in our processing your refund
or exchange.
All
cancellations must be via email or letter. Cancellations
will not be accepted over the phone as all correspondence
pertaining to this must be documented for all parties
concerned.
Refunds
/ Reimbursements Any cancellation reimbursement
due to you will be processed as soon as possible,
but in a period not exceeding thirty days from
the date of cancellation. This is in accordance
with Distance Selling Regulations.
Please
do not email any other address as you will be redirected
to our accounts department. All refunds and reimbursements
are dealt solely through this email address and
not via any other means. This again is due to the
fact that all correspondence must be documented
for your peace of mind and our records.
Privacy
Policy Salisbury Bazaar does not disclose information
to any other third party except to our couriers
in order to deliver the goods purchased.Cookies
are used on this website purely to track your shopping
cart activity so that you may recall this information.
Salisbury
Bazaar will never send unsolicited emails (junk
mail) to you. You will only be forwarded an email
containing shipping, payment and your unique order
reference confirmation, which we strongly suggest
you retain for future use.
The
information about you which we retain is as follows:

name, address, telephone number and credit/debit
card details. We will never collect sensitive information
about you without your explicit consent. Any information
we hold on you will always be current and precise.
Should you wish to discuss anything regarding this
information, please contact us and we will be happy
to advise you. Should you note any inaccuracies
contained within our database, we will of course
immediately amend this without exception.
The
information we hold on our customer database is
used for many reasons including, taking and fulfilling
customer orders, and administering as well as enhancing
our website and services to you.
Returns Policy
Initially,
we ask you to report the faulty goods to our email
service.. This is to assist us and can help you
by keeping all of your correspondence documented.
You
will have to send your goods back to us yourself,
securely, thus preventing further damages during
transit.
Goods
which are not boxed wrapped or parcelled, adequately
will not be accepted, under ANY circumstances.
When
goods are returned, you MUST place an envelope
on the OUTSIDE of the box, enclosing full details
of any faults, your order number and current contact
details.
